CompTIA A+ Core 2 (220-1101)


Offered by CompTIA, CompTIA A+ Core 2 (220-1102) is the essential qualification for beginning a career in IT Support. In order to receive the CompTIA A+ certification, you must pass two exams: Core 1 (220-1101) and Core 2 (220-1102). The CompTIA A+ Core 2 (220-1101) training program offered by Multimatics is designed to help participants acquire the knowledge and skills required to conduct install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware issues in your organization. The training material is prepared based on CompTIA A+ Core 2 (220-1101) Exam Objectives Blueprint, accompanied by discussions and exercises to work on the questions.

At the end of the program, the participants will be able to :

This program is 5 days of intensive training class.


The program provided by Multimatics will be delivered through interactive presentation by professional instructor(s), group debriefs, individual and team exercises, behavior modelling and roleplays, one-to-one and group discussion, case studies, and projects.


Have 12 months of hands-on experience in a help desk support technician, desktop support technician, or field service technician job role is recommended.


Participants will take CompTIA A+ Core 2 (220-1102) Exam which consists of 90 multiple choice and performance-based questions. They will be given 90 minutes to finish the exam. Participants who successfully passed the exam will be given an official CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA.
