This program will provide the participants on the shifting in leadership style which focuses in changes, widely known as transformational leadership in academic and business. This program also explains the difference between transformational and transactional leadership. The participants will also learn characteristics of leadership as well as key things which shape transformational leadership. They will also learn to implement the leadership style in their organization or corporation.
