The leading edge of performance measurement is essential for evaluating how well an educational institution’s initiative with the school’s core vision and goals. Leaders need to improve organizational performance and internal communication in the academic sector to become responsible for leading educational institutions. By following this program, participants will learn Balanced Score Card as a set of tools to measure performance from four interrelated perspectives: customer, internal processes, learning and growth, and financial. These four perspectives reflect the nature of an organization’s value-adding activities.
