PRIME is an international certification given to students and/or professionals involved in Project Management. PRIME is a recognized industry certification program sponsored by Logical Operations, an internationally recognized certification and training provider based in the US, to meet the rapidly changing needs of the Project Management field. The PRIME designation recognizes students and/or professionals who have sufficiently demonstrated their knowledge and skills of project management and monitoring.
This program provides an in-depth exploration of project management methodologies, focusing on waterfall and agile approaches. Students will learn the principles, tools, and techniques of both methodologies and gain hands-on experience in applying them to real-world projects.
