The Risk Resilience: Mastering the Art of Risk training program by Skills of the Future (SOTF) Multimatics equips professionals to proactively manage enterprise risk and fortify organizational resilience in the face of uncertainty. Through practical tools, structured ERM frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000), and hands-on risk scenario exercises, participants develop the skills to anticipate, assess, mitigate, and monitor risks — while embedding a risk-aware culture across the organization.

This program is a 3-day intensive training class.
Method of Delivery
The program provided by Multimatics will be delivered through interactive presentation by professional instructor(s), group debriefs, individual and team exercises, behavior modelling and roleplays, one-to-one and group discussion, case studies, and projects.
Participants will take the Post-Test through PXMatics, Multimatics Internal Exam Engine. They will be given approximately 1 hour to finish the exam. Participants who successfully passed the exam will be given the Certificate of Completion from Multimatics.
