Duration
The program is a 3-day intensive training class.
Method of Delivery
The program provided by Multimatics will be delivered through interactive presentation by professional instructor(s), group debriefs, individual and team exercises, behavior modelling and roleplays, one-to-one and group discussion, case studies, and projects.
Participants will take the Post-Test through PXMatics, Multimatics Internal Exam Engine. They will be given approximately 1 hour to finish the exam. Participants who successfully passed the exam will be given the Certificate of Completion from Multimatics.
By the end of the program, participants will be able to:
- Understand project lifecycle models and key methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
- Initiate and plan projects with charters, plans, and stakeholder analysis
- Manage scope with WBS and change control
- Develop project schedules using PERT, Gantt Charts, and network diagrams
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) for performance measurement
- Manage project benefits and ensure proper project closure
