PSM III tests your ability as a Scrum Master in a variety of complex team and organizational situations. The Professional Scrum Master™ III (PSM III) program offered by Multimatics is designed to equip participants with related practices and skills to enable them to have the right types of conversations and how to apply them to become better Scrum Masters. The training material is prepared based on the latest edition of PSM II, accompanied by discussions and exercises to work on the questions.

The program is a 2-day intensive training class.
Method of Delivery
The program provided by Multimatics will be delivered through interactive presentation by professional instructor(s), group debriefs, individual and team exercises, behavior modelling and roleplays, one-to-one and group discussion, case studies, and projects.
Participants will take PSM III Exam which consists of 24 essay questions. They will be given 150 minutes to finish the exam. Participants who successfully passed the exam will be given an official Professional Scrum Master™ III (PSM III) certification from Scrum.org™.
