The Change Navigator: Mastering the Art of Change training program by Skills of the Future (SOTF) Multimatics equips individuals with the skills, frameworks, and mindset to effectively lead and navigate organizational change. Combining human psychology with strategic change management models — including Kotter, Lewin, ADKAR, and the Kübler-Ross Curve — this program provides practical tools to guide teams through transitions, overcome resistance, and build lasting organizational resilience.

This program is a 3-day intensive training class.
Method of Delivery
The program provided by Multimatics will be delivered through interactive presentation by professional instructor(s), group debriefs, individual and team exercises, behavior modelling and roleplays, one-to-one and group discussion, case studies, and projects.
Participants will take the Post-Test through PXMatics, Multimatics Internal Exam Engine. They will be given approximately 1 hour to finish the exam. Participants who successfully passed the exam will be given the Certificate of Completion from Multimatics.
