The Agile Product Innovation: Mastering the Art of Product Development program training program by Skills of the Future (SOTF) Multimatics integrates three proven innovation methodologies — Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Agile — into a unified, end-to-end product development framework. Participants learn to discover real customer problems, validate ideas rapidly through MVPs and experiments, and build solutions iteratively. The program culminates in a hands-on mini innovation project that brings all frameworks together.

Method of Delivery
The program provided by Multimatics will be delivered through interactive presentation by professional instructor(s), group debriefs, individual and team exercises, behavior modelling and roleplays, one-to-one and group discussion, case studies, and projects.
Participants will take the Post-Test through PXMatics, Multimatics Internal Exam Engine. They will be given approximately 1 hour to finish the exam. Participants who successfully passed the exam will be given the Certificate of Completion from Multimatics.
