It is an online gamification assessment designed to measure specific skills that has been identified by Logicmills be the 21st Century Skills needed for a staff to succeed in his/her workplace based on the 2015 WEF (World Economic Forum) Global Education and Skills Forum Report. Logicmills is a 21st Century HR Assessment and Softskills Company based in Singapore, which provides a unique and high accuracy gamification HR assessment.

MirMe® Technology is a Skill Assessment developed by Logicmills that measures:

  1. Situational Quotient (SQ) – Skills we need to make good decisions in a changing world
  2. Global Quotient (GQ)- The qualities we need to be an effective global citizen
  3. Communication Quotient (CQ) - Skills we need to work with other people

At the end of the program, the participants will be able to :

  1. Know where the skills are at
  2. Enhance skills in specific area to advance in the respective job
  3. Understand what needs to be improved and sustained

Starting from Low Level Management to High Level Management.


This program is 2 days of intensive training class.


There are no pre-requisite for this program.


Participants will be assessed two times, Pre Assessment and Post Assessment, to measure the skill level.
