Agile Scrum Master


Offered by EXIN, the Agile Scrum Master program tests the competences required to facilitate, coach and enable a cross-functional team as a Scrum Master. The Agile Scrum Master program offered by Multimatics is designed to provide comprehensive knowledge and practices about adopting Agile or Scrum in the workplace and taking on the role of Scrum Master. The training material is prepared based on the official workbook by EXIN, accompanied by discussions and exercises to work on the questions.

Multimatics is an EXIN’s Silver Partner and Authorized Training Organization for the Agile Scrum Master training and certification program accredited by EXIN.


By the end of the program, participants should be able to demonstrate the ability to analyse, understand and explain Agile concepts in the following areas:

  1. Agile Way of Thinking
  2. Scrum Master Role
  3. Agile Estimating, Planning, Monitoring, and Control
  4. Complex Projects
  5. Adopting Agile

This program is especially suitable for professionals working in the areas of project management, software development, IT service management and business management.


The program is a 3-day intensive training class.


The program provided by Multimatics will be delivered through interactive presentation by professional instructor(s), group debriefs, individual and team exercises, behavior modelling and roleplays, one-to-one and group discussion, case studies, and projects.


There is no specific requirement for taking this program, although Knowledge of Scrum terminology, for instance through the EXIN Agile Scrum Foundation exam, is strongly recommended.


Participants will take Agile Scrum Master Exam which consists of 40 multiple choice questions. They will be given 90 minutes to finish the exam and need to get 26 marks out of 40 questions equivalent to 65% to pass the exam. Participants who successfully passed the exam will be given an official Agile Scrum Master certification from EXIN.
