CompTIA Mobility+ is the premier vendor-neutral certification to help IT professionals stay ahead of the mobile-ready curve. It validates expert knowledge in the latest mobility trends and the ability to work with an extensive variety of existing and emerging mobile technologies.

CompTIA Mobility+ allows IT Professionals to manage the complex environments that trends such as bring-your-own-device (BYOD) create. CompTIA Mobility+ shows that you understand different mobile technologies as well as over-the-air systems that will dominate business operations in the coming years. CompTIA Mobility+ focuses on the key security concerns that affect all things mobility, from BYOD environment threats to how to encrypt data at rest and data in motion.


At the end of the program, the participants will be able to :

  • Understand how to secure and manage risk within the mobile ecosystem
  • Identify the BYOD environment threats
  • Understand how to encrypt data at rest and data in motion
  • Manage over-the-air technologies, network infrastructure, mobile devices, and security
  • Deploy, integrate, support and manage a mobile environment ensuring proper security measures are implemented for devices and platforms while maintaining usability

IT professionals who work in mobile computing environments such as Mobility Engineer, Network Administrator, Mobility Architect, and Security Administrator.


This program is 5 days of intensive training class.


It is recommended for CompTIA Mobility+ candidates to have the following:

  • Network+ Certification or equivalent working knowledge
  • At least 18 months of work experience in administration of mobile devices in the enterprise

At the end of the program, the participants will be assessed with 90 minutes of CompTIA Mobility+ Exam.


CompTIA Mobility+ Certification will be awarded upon successfully passing the exam from CompTIA.

  3. Install and configure mobile solutions based on given requirements
  4. Implement mobile device on-boarding and off-boarding procedures
  5. Implement mobile device operations and management procedures
  6. Execute best practice for mobile device backup, data recovery and data segregation
  7. Use best practices to maintain awareness of new technologies including changes that affect mobile devices
  8. Configure and deploy mobile applications and associated technologies
  1. Identify various encryption methods for securing mobile environments
  2. Configure access control on the mobile device using best practices
  3. Monitoring and reporting techniques to address security requirements
