National Procurement Expert Training

The program is designed for people who directly or indirectly are working on procurement sector in Indonesia. Furthermore, for Procurement Lawyer profession under APPBJI, the training & certification are mandatory to be certified as Procurement Lawyer. The complexity of procurement issues in Indonesia, either technical or legal issues, should be handled by people who are nationally certified. Theoretical & practical practices on government procurement issues would be learned comprehensively during the duration of training. In addition, legal advocacy services would be provided for participants who need it most.

The purpose of this program is to :

Increase technical capacities on government procurement system
Advocate legal issues related procurement
Certify national procurement expert

At the end of the program, the participants will be able to :

Master skills in Government procurement mechanism and procedures

Government officials, Lawyer, Contractors, General public.

Total 5 days with 4 days of training and 1 day of certification exam.

National Certificate of Procurement Expert. The certificate is endorsed by LKPP (National Procurement Regulatory Agency for Public Procurement) as the only government body is mandated by the law for handling government procurement sector.
