Personality Plus Based Communication

Personality Plus has been a foundational source for every personality assessment in the world, yet it is also one of the most underestimated and one of the most effective due to its simplicity to understand and to apply. Having a good grasp of Personality Plus has been proven for decades to have improved communication skills needed for effective leadership, in sales, intra and inter personal relationship, and personal development.

Program Objectives

At the end of the program, the participants will be able to :

  1. To understand the definition and personality of each personality quadrant: The Powerful, The Playful, The Peaceful, and The Perfect
  2. To know how each personality uniquely works in leadership, in sales, and how they communicate
  3. To be able to accept, understand, and interact with each personality accordingly
  4. Able to improve basedon each personality strength, and overcome individual personality weaknesses
  5. Apply the know how to communicate to daily application, e.g.: leadership, sales, public speaking, intra personal, etc.

Target Audience

Everybody who wish to know personality and improve themselves and their relationship with their environment.

Duration

The program is a 4 hours of intensive training class.

Assessment

At the end of the program, the participants will be assessed with 50 online assessment questions.

Award

Upon the end of the course a Certificate of Attendance from Multimatics will be awarded.
