Agility Leadership and DevOps as the Keys to Advance Digital Revolution Seminar held by Multimatics and Quint Wellington Redwood at Ritz-Carlton Pacific Place, Ballroom, on Tuesday, January 29, 2019. This seminar discusses about the role of Agile Leadership and DevOps, how it helps companies stay close to customers, adapt quickly to market condition which always change promptly, and create services that are made to be released faster into markets with better quality. It was attended by more than 100 participants of IT practitioners from all over Indonesia.
This seminar was divided into three sessions. The first session was delivered by Mr. Maurice Boon, Mr. Frank Grift, and Mr. Ricky Setiadi. Mr. Maurice Boon, CEO of Quint Wellington Redwood and also Chairman of the Board of DevOps Agile Skills Association (DASA). He discussed about DevOps, Lean, and Agile as the key drivers to digital revolution. Mr. Frank Grift, CFO of Quint Wellington Redwood introduced Service Integration Automation and Management (SIAM) and explained that digital transformation, technology advancement (automation) and service chain make SIAM a key competence for every service organization. Mr. Ricky Setiadi, IT GRC Leader of Blibli.com, discussed about fast and furious avatar. He said that adapting agile can increase innovation instead of operation task to deliver values as part of business growth.
Mr. Irfan Hidayat and Mr. Arief Sunandar were delivering their part in the second session. Mr. Irfan Hidayat, Business Director and Principal Consultant of Quint Wellington Redwood, discussed about preparing ITIL 4 and COBIT 2019 at the same time mapping them to the digital revolution. Mr. Arief Sunandar, VP IT Delivery Channel Support and VP Release Management and Testing Services of Bank Mandiri, discussed about changing waterfall mindset to agile culture.
In the final session, Mr. Yonatha Maulana, Manager Digital Video Product Development of Telkomsel, conveyed about how Telkomsel learn to implement value driven digital development to accelerate digital revolution and plan to do big digital revolution at region.
