Jasa Raharja has Fulfilled ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 Standards for IT Service Management


JAKARTA (26/6) , PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero)/Jasa Raharja consistently continues to strengthen its corporate governance through International Standard of Information Technology (IT) Service Management. On Wednesday, June 26th, 2019 Jasa Raharja has fulfilled ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 standards for IT service management specialized for DASI-JR Service Module. The consignment of ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 certificate was conducted by Mr. Kusuma Widjaya as the Finance Controller Director of British Standard Institution (BSI) Group-Indonesia, and received by Mr. Wahyu Wibowo, as Jasa Raharja’s director of risk management and information technology.

Jasa Raharja has implemented the IT Service Management by adopting the best practice of IT Service Management and adapting it with the company's business process since 2016. The IT management aimed to support the company's operations to create company services to customers and partners in a more reliable, innovative, and trustworthy manner. In addition, it was done to comply with government's prevailing rules as a manifestation of decent corporate governance.

Mr. Wahyu Wibowo said, "We are grateful for this achievement, and congratulations to the whole division of Jasa Raharja especially to Information Technology and Computer’s division for its contribution and cooperation so that the fulfillment of this standard is achieved. ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 Standard recognition is a result of enhanced management of IT services. There is no best process, but keep trying to be better, in accordance with the mandate of company's owners, becomes the company’s principle to implement. This achievement also becomes a strong capital for the holding’s establishment plan of the State-Owned-Enterprise Insurance company in the future”.


Mr. Kusuma Widjaya stated, "Congratulations to Jasa Raharja for this achievement, after going through a series of rigorous preparation and audit processes from BSI Group Indonesia. The processes of IT services underlying the achievement of this certification must keep on to be maintained and improved continuously, as each year the BSI Group will conduct an audit surveillance to ensure the improvement is running. BSI Group is a global standardization body that has operated in 182 countries."
