Training & Certifications


The Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® credential is a valuable entry-level certification for project practitioners sponsored by PMI and is based upon the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide). Designed for those with little or no project experience, the CAPM® demonstrates your understanding of the fundamental knowledge, terminology and processes of effective project management.

This course takes participants through the phases of a project using the PMI process groups and integration framework. It is suitable for anyone who requires a working knowledge of the PMI’s approach to Project Management. This highly interactive course will provide individuals with coaching and practice questions in order to prepare themselves for the specific requirements of the CAPM® Exam or just to gaining the knowledge’s and skills of Project Management processes and terminology.


At the end of the program, the participants will be able to :

  • Recognize and understand the project management framework based on PMBOK® Guide - Fifth Edition
  • Describe the 10 knowledge areas and 5 processes groups
  • Understand and apply recognized tools and techniques for managing projects
  • Feel comfortable with the examination format and typical question styles
  • Prepare a study plan for passing the CAPM® exam

The course is designed for participants who have a working knowledge of Project Management and who are working in a project environment. It has been developed to address the needs of Project Practitioners.


This program is 3 days of intensive training class.


Participants are required to have the following:

  • A secondary diploma (high school diploma or global equivalent) and at least 1,500 hours of project experience or
  • A secondary diploma (high school diploma or global equivalent) with 23 hours of project management education

At the end of the program, the participants will be assessed with CAPM® Exam.


CAPM® Certification will be awarded upon successfully passing the exam from PMI.
